Shipping coverage and cost

Handpicked by Nexus currently offers free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Any available expedited or international option, restriction, tax, or charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is typically 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, address issues, customs, or other events outside our control.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, we will email it after the order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages at no extra standard-shipping charge.

Address accuracy

Please check your address before submitting the order. Request an address correction within 12 hours or before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts, and customers may be responsible for reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address.

Delays, loss or delivery problems

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time—or within 30 days when no shipment time was promised—we will contact you with the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email us so we can investigate.
